Because I’m taking the responsibility to protect your personal data, and to meet the European GDPR regulations, I developed this privacy policy.
In this privacy policy, I will clarify which data I collect, why, and how.

Leypex processes personal data. I process your personal data to deliver services and/or products, to improve my services to you, and to communicate with you. I therefore want to inform you in a clear and transparent matter. In this policy, I will answer the most important questions regarding the collection and use of personal data by Leypex. No personal data will be given to or shared with third parties. Data requested and processed by Leypex is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. How do I collect data?
Through the Contact page on my website
When you fill out the contact page on my website www.leypex.com, I’m requesting some of your personal data. This data is necessary to get back to you and answer your questions / requests, or for the performance of a contract or to take steps to entering into a contract. This data will be stored on a secured server. Personal data will not be given to or shared with third parties and will be solely used for the purpose of services and products supplied to you by Leypex.
By E-mail or other messages
An email or other messages received from you, may be stored, including the personal data supplied in those emails/messages. This data will be stored on a secured server. Personal data will not be given to or shared with third parties and will be solely used for the purpose of services and products supplied to you by Leypex.
Why do I need your personal data?
LEYPEX collects and processes personal data, only for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, unless the (potential) customer has given written consent for the data to be used for other purposes.
In case we do entertain an agreement, I would like to service you to the best of my abilities. Therefore, your name, address, email address and/or telephone number will be used to communicate with you.
Personal data could also be used for promotion or marketing purposes, to supply you with updates regarding new or improved Leypex services.
Leypex processes personal data with the purpose, the execution of a contract, order or agreement. Parts of the execution consist of, but is not limited to the following:
- Invoicing and payments
- To contact you regarding updates, questions, etc. regarding the order, agreement
- To inform you about changes or improvement related to Leypex services
- To deliver goods and services to you
- To meet local and European laws and regulations
Which rules and regulations apply to the collection and processing of personal data?
Regarding the processing of personal data, Leypex is bound by local and European laws and regulations. I will personally follow the development of and changes to these laws and regulations and if required, adjust the company policies regarding protection of data. Due to potential changes in laws and regulations, Leypex reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to its policies in order to meet the latest versions of the applicable laws and regulations.
How long do I keep your data?
Leypex will keep your data no longer than strictly necessary to serve the purpose of the kept data. However, I am bound to legal requirements regarding the terms that apply to storage of financial and tax data. As soon as the legal storage terms are due, or the agreement did not come to fruition, your data will be removed/discarded.

You always have the right to access, review, adjust or remove your personal data on file at Leypex. You can email such request to me at roland@leypex.com. I (Roland Leijdekker), as the sole owner of Leypex, are the only person within Leypex that has access to and can process your personal data on file at Leypex.
Security
Protection and security of your personal data has my highest priority. For that reason, can only I (Roland Leijdekker), as the sole owner of Leypex, access and process your personal data on file at Leypex. This to give maximum protection of your personal data against loss, changes, misuse, or any other form of unlawful processing and use of the data. However, if you have information that your data is being misused, breached, or that your data is not fully and properly protected, then please contact me immediately at roland@leypex.com.
Cookies
My website www.leypex.com makes use of analytical “cookies” to assist me in the analyses of how my website is being used. The data (about your use of my website) that’s generated through these cookies, is stored on a secured server. This data will not be given to, nor share with third parties, and will not be used for purposes other than supplying the services and goods you order(ed) from Leypex.
You also have the option to accept or decline the use of cookies. This may however adversely affect the proper operation of some functions or services on my website when the acceptance of cookies is declined in your browser.
Disable cookies
In most browsers, the acceptance of cookies is enabled by default. However, you can easily customize these setting and disable the acceptance of cookies in your browser, and set this as a default setting. You can also set your browser so you’re always asked to either accept or decline cookies whenever they’re send. Though, disabling the acceptance of cookies by default, may adversely affect the proper operation of some functions or services on my, and other website.
Changes to this privacy policy
I reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy whenever I deem changes necessary; for example, when laws and regulations regarding data protection change. This privacy policy is published on my website and therefore, changes to this policy will only be published and can only be found on my website www.leypex.com. The version number and date will change too. So please consult my website and read the privacy policy regularly or whenever changes are expected to be made (example, after laws or regulations changed).
Your rights to privacy
Whenever you email me a request to access, review, adjust or remove your personal data on file at Leypex, I will immediately start your request.
You can email me your request to roland@leypex.com. Your request will be completed within 2 weeks after receipt of your request and you can expect a written confirmation when your request is completed.
